Bad example. Microsoft has been offshoring it's development operations for years now. Four or five Indian engineers cost about the same as one American engineer.

Plus, there's the number of H1-B's they sponsor to come and work HERE, from all over the world. I used to work with several H1-B's, from China, India and Russia. They were paid less than me, and worked liked slaves, because if my employer decided to let them go, they had two weeks to find another job or return to their home country.
