Hi A.S., just popped in briefly. Sorry your Dad is battling the arteries, Thankfully treatment is very good these days.

I have little doubt that 14 or 15 years is immaterial, you are healthier and way ahead of the game!! Now if we can only get the Gov't to protect us against those things we can't control!! Like our food and water supplies not to mention air quality. You should try breathing the output from our local asphalt plant that spews black soot all over town from their open furnace!!

Enough! :)

Have a wonderful Christmas

Regards,
Ogi

I saw the movie documentary "Supersize Me". It's about some bloke who did a study on eating nothing but McDonalds for 30 days. He did just that - ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at McDonalds for 30 days. He nearly fried his liver and gained 25 lbs. His Cholesterol went through the roof, as well as his blood pressure. That movie has made me think about the dangers of leading a sedentary lifestyle and eating red meat and high fat diets. I recommend the movie to anyone.
