That's your contention but I don't think anyone's buying it. When the market is above his buy point he advises a dollar cost average approach for new money. If the market dips below that level you fully invest your new money. Not very complicated.

My example showed how a new subscriber or someone who inherited money would have missed an 11% gain simply by "following Bob's advice for new money" according to Pete and your interpretation.

Yes you did, with the benefit of hindsight. That's your parlor trick.

Shouldn't a top rated market timer be able to tell you ahead of time to lump sum into the market before it gains 11%?

I don't know anyone who has a crystal ball, including you. That's what you're complaining about. He didn't perfectly predict the course of events as well as you can when looking backwards. What a crock.
