That is a fantastic wine. I have not had it in several years. The rabbit is a good choice. It is a good alternative to the original Leverpull that I use. indeed it was.... interesting point, however.....when we first uncorked the wine, we immediately poured a small amount in our glass to to taste...my first reaction was...well, less than positive....however, after allowing the wine to breathe for about an hour, i was amazed at the difference in the taste, the fullness of the flavor at that point was just incredible... yep, ever so slightly above the $20 bun, but well worth it.... i'm still savoring the taste days later... :) btw, what do you recommend for wild smoked salmon? i'm sending some as a gift and want to find a good wine to compliment
