And now for the silver lining: today was the last day to do tax loss selling for '06 in the US. Nice of TELK to get the news out today, I guess. The Black Bears, however, probably won't be able to unwind their position that fast. Miljenko's reecnt comment is interesting. While the Black Bears may not take the company private, might they try to effect management change, or impose their view of how further development of Telcyta should be done (if at all)? It'll be interesting to watch, but I'll do so from the sidelines now. Cheers, Tuck
