Tuck, You can take tax losses until 12/31.

The take private by black theory is silly. Agree though will be interesting to see if black bear sticks around and if so if they become more active. Will also be interesting to see what telk does. Still a big cash balance, so maybe another bio looking to do an inlicense or merge.

Clearly, there should be a management clear-out. That doesn't happen too often in the US, due to poor governance and uninterested institutional shareholders. But with the bears, this is a special case. It would be good to see if someone from the management for once had to take responsibility.

The Company, the management, trials, PR, CC,... everything is one BIG JOKE!

After today news on ASS.III, Telcyta is dead. I thought that it may be active in platinum based combinations, but how to identify few responders that may benefit is out of their reach. B. Bear can kiss their ass (those that did advice them), and say "pa, pa" to +$150M that they lost.
