No nation or empire lasts forever, so in that sense they all collapse. But even assuming that evil regimes have a special tendency to collapse, that doesn't mean they don't cause a lot more problems, and pain, and death, and destruction before they go.

Christianity still exists because it does more good than evil. There are people who do not understand Christianity and make a mess of things. But the basic teachings of love will never go away.>> How do you square that statement with the rise of the evangelican right in our own country. I am referring to there anti gay, anti stem cell research, infiltration of the government and the military, jesus camps etc... I have no doubt the christian community has made significant contributions across the globe. But I notice something different coming from the christian community now and it seems to be grwoing.

Mary, There is no example of an evil dynasty. They all collapse. Empires last when they do more good than evil. Of course they do.. And generally with a hell of a lot of bloodshed. Nazism fell.. but it required 40+ million lives being lost before it happened. Communism fell.. But over 100 million died as a result of its evil inhumanity. Islamo-Fascism will eventually collapse, but how many millions of people are you willing to sacrifice sitting on your @ss doing nothing to confront it.. And controlling the vast oil reserves of the Persian Gulf will do more to sustain their ability to hold power far longer than most tyrants.. Look at Saddam.. He survived for 30 years and it required foreign troops to finally oust him. Just when will the bloodshed being perpetrated in places like Darfur, Lebanon, and Iraq be sufficient to make you finally recognize that someone has to stop the tyranny? Geezus.. why don't you start a "Jihadist Tour Group" to Disney World.. Just what color is the sky in your world Mary? Hawk
