The sun is out, people are jogging, walking their dogs, etc. Normally this time of year, the only time I see my neighbors is either in their cars or at a party...

Is this the result of global warming?

Went to town for a late lunch, here is a view of fishing boats from downtown Lake Geneva this afternoon.
Normally there would be 50 pickup trucks out on the ice this time of year, people skating, etc.
