Geza Vermes abc.net.au It seems to me that Vermes would consider seriously the evidence regarding the existence, or lack thereof, of Jesus. As I read him, he is not persuaded by that reasoning. I have read this thread for years, so I understand this perspective will not merit any credence. No need to expend a lot of energy "catching me up." Happy new year to all.
