Maurice, Suppose Elmat will let us discuss Israel here? <grin> I have a whole bunch of problems with Israel. Like you feel about your Helengrad and her coven and their welfare state that you have been forced to pay for, I am tired of paying the tab for Israel and the protection racket money to Egypt and elsewhere. But as that was a Jimmy Carter scheme maybe I should give the Israelis a pass, in fact there are leading conservative Jews here calling for an end to the whole business. But I also suspect that Iraq I and especially Iraq II were exercises designed to benefit Israel more than a program for the benefit of my country. But this is just a strong suspicion, on these sort of things you never really know. Seems to me that the Zionists came about at a time when imperialism was on the way out to launch what was essentially an imperialist project. 200 years ago there would have been no problem. And then you have the political agitation of our domestic Jews, for 100 years here they have been the primary advocates of every single destructive and ill considered leftist program, from labor radicalism to redistribution of assets. I suppose this was a product of their mistreatment under the Czar and elsewhere. And they are improving their political positions, at least some of them are. Now some of our strongest conservatives and most rabid nationalists are Jews and this is a very good thing. But unfortunately they still vote for leftist in aggregate. Slagle
