I hope you were posting tongue in cheek EC-lol, but most people do not know why blacks are black and whites are white. Blacks are black to protect their cells and DNA from the sun damage. Whites are white to allow enough vitamin D (we get from the sun). We only seperated from the Neanderthal a couple of hundred thousand years ago, so we should still have been able to interbreed. Any hybreds would have been reabsorbed back into either Cro-Magnon or Neanderthal tribes in a couple of generations backbreeding into either group. Recently DNA from a 38,000 year old Neanderthal was discovered and they are working on the Neanderthal genome now. It only takes about 20,000 years of evolution to change dark skin to white. The Australian Aborigine is the most interesting fellow to me. They always had trouble fitting him into the three races. He also got to Australia at or even before Cro magnon got to europe (over 60,000 years ago). We may find out he was decended from, or has neanderthal genes from people who made their way down to Australia. How does one explain the blond hair. 20,000 years would be enough to change the body type and skin color, but the hair color may be the giveaway (DNA will soon tell us the story I think).
