The first shot by K8L will fail badly.

The Core 2 Duo of today will perform better than the J8L of tomorrow. With all of the overclocking room observed in C2D, Intel can move up a couple speed bins -- if needed -- and continue to out perform the best that AMD has to offer by up to 40%.
