Excerpt from the URL you posted: "In Newsweek, 93 percent of Americans said they would vote for an African-American for president but only 56 percent believed the country is ready for one. Similarly, 86 percent said they would vote for a woman but only 55 percent believed the country was ready for one." Wonder how the pollsters explain the disparity in the numbers between those who say will vote for a woman/AA but that a smaller number believe that the nation is ready.
