They do it all the time. Powell never was a politician, however, and he quit for good reason. How many "politicians" would you believe would later stand up and in hindsight admit that he were ashamed of this particular incident? None! And that includes your hero Clinton. A true politician. He may not have been telling the truth as he learned later, but I am personally convinced he had no clue that he was being set up and used by whoever did that from the administration. Taro
