OK - Thank you for clarifying that. Yes I am terribly cynical abut the equity markets and as you move downthe into the slime pits into teh oTCBB then onto the pinks and grey market pinks it gets worse. I trade for a living basically - I run a small company with ten employees but ama trader of crappy POS stinky OTCBB stocks. Trading gambling whatever you want toc all it I make no illusions. I just find the whole thing so mindboggling that you can raise $30 Million to $150 Million and then you sit on it for two years and do nothing but wind it down and take a slight loss. That just leaves me shaking my head here. Raising capital for these IPOs - well I thought getting people to simply cut you money was much more difficult than this. - Heck when people have a great business plan and a product it is tough enough. Sorry but Until I have time to research this thoroughly I will assume its a scam until proven otherwise. That is the way I trade my stocks - I assume they are a scam - guess what I am rarely disappointed LOLOLOL
