Please read AMDs statements you posted before accusing AMD of fraud:
The statement wrt or OEM offerings is clearly related to Vista. Try to sue AMD for the unavailability of Vista.
Or try to find a judge who is willing to file an order for AMD to sell its newest products to Ephud before Dell, HP and the like get product. :)
Or come up with any substantial claim.
Or take the backdoor and apologize for false accusation.
