K, there has not been a change of topic. Even if you would like to conjure that impression.

The topic is: AMD said 65 nm processors are available since Dec 5. Other people on this thread said they have been available even before that date. That was the basis of optimism regarding the stock price.

If you are discussing some academic topic of what does AMD mean by various words, then I'll leave that to people who like to banter.

My question is specifically:

Is it usual that a product is actually shipping in large numbers, yet systems with that processor be completely un-seen after a month ?

If you want to make the point that AMD is a fraud, that might be interesting. To me the more interesting point is what is the effect on INTC stock price.
