Well, Bloomington jumped on to be fair and not attract business from Normal. Ban started Jan. 1. I go to a coffee shop every day. Dec. 31, 30 people in it. Jan. 1, 20 people showed up. Yesterday 7 people. Today 3 people. No smokers to talk to so the non smokers stayed home.
