Washington State banned smoking in bars and restaurants and other public places a year or two ago.

After an initial drop-off, I understand business is back.

They passed a law in Eau Claire that banned smoking in all restaurants that earn 50% of their money from food. Just killed the small coffee shops. In fact 3 years later there are none left.

I don't smoke but I don't like the law. Many of our restaurants were already smoke free due to customer demands. That is how it should be.
