Ray & mc, if you don't mind take a look at the P&F chart for $WTIC

Since both of you you have more proficiency reading P&F charts than I, perhaps you can answer a question for me.

The last time I looked at the $WTIC P&F chart was November 18th, and then it showed a bearish price objective of 45; now it shows a bullish price objective of 77. Question: what happened since then that made the chart shift from a bearish to bullish price objective?

To my non-P&F eyes the WTIC weekly still doesn't look too hot. The best that I can see is that it's in wave 5 down off the July top and at best the downmove could conceivably end in the 55.65 - 56.00 horizontal support area.
