I believe that the anti-global warming lobby has been, along with the until recently pro-business U.S. political situation, very effective in creating sufficient doubt in the population at large as to the veracity of the risk at hand. In order to be "fair and balanced", corporately owned news organization have presented the debate as a saw off when in actuality the evidence borders on the overwhelming. It may be true Gore's movie "...postulates that outcome as a fait accompli..." Perhaps he did so in order to scare people off their fat asses and out of their fatter SUV's. I look forward to watching it so I hope it is not as unbalanced as you suggest. As for your portfolio, I believe patience will be rewarded in spades. I only own one oil sand name, PBG, for it addresses elegantly the issues we have discussed here today.
