John More of you may want to do the same as Spansion lowered their revenue guidance today. As contest rules only allow one revision, others might want to wait for warnings to come. ;) K. p.s: Oh and just for clarification: Can your confirm AMDs acquisition-related charge in the quarter not considered for the eps-contest-entry?
