That's what makes this stuff so interesting. Climate and weather consist of a series of unstable and interrelated equilibria with many complicated feedback loops, which makes it darn hard to come up with hard and fast predictions, particularly when you take into account that many of the changes will not be gradual but chaos theory phase changes. (One example of the latter will be when the Gulf Stream that heats Europe (most likely) shuts down in a few years.) LC
