Yeah, winds were terrible overnight. I'm on the west side of town where 70 to 90 mph gusts aren't unusual. I get some protection because of the Town Home closeness we have. We're in danger of 35 year old, half dead cottonwood trees around us. The association comes in each year and weeds some of them out, but they are a threat in high winds. Move to FL? No way! Bugs, hurricanes, humidity and heat. Uh uh! Fortunately, I've not lost power. But, we do have that happen in my area far too often and for no apparent reason. I think we're on borrowed time right now.
