A short list of these “progressive” brain children include: The ERA, The Great Society, public housing, The New Deal, Carter’s price controls, The ABM Treaty, The windfall profits/luxury taxes, the estate tax, the Wall Mart tax, the living wage, National Health Care (Hillary Care), government run schools, sex ed, national daycare, bilingual ed, motor voter, social security, abortion on demand, same sex marriage, embryonic stem cell research, human induced global cooling in the 70s and now “human induced global warming.”

Let me start and stop with the New Deal. If you told any intelligent, educated, non ideologue adult that the New Deal was an unmitigated failure, they would laugh in your face. I don't know how long you all have been force fed this crap but its hurt your causes for years and now its hurting this country. I tired of hearing from not very well educated people who are insecure and have an axe to grind that being liberal is a bad thing and that liberals are not progressive. They are in no position to judge.

And if you doubt these words, then you need to take an unbiased look at your Mr.Bush and see what an unmitigated disaster his administration has been for this country. If he is the very best your side has to offer, and I fear he is, then you all need to take yourselves out of the national arena and do your homework.

So don't post to me an article written by some six grader whose middle name is 'on' and last name, 'Economics'. I don't suffer fools.
