In many of our greatest companies, Cisco included, I'd bet the Indian and Chinese workers outnumber the American workers in the engineering and IT departments.

That's because the Americans spend too much of their time posting on stock boards rather than working!

..and many of these guys are now staying home for the opportunities or returning home to start their own companies. Elroy's just behind the curve..
