Bush is pulling troops out of Afghanistan. That is not offense against terrorism. That's retreat from counter-terrorism just so Bush doesn't "lose" in Iraq, which he doesn't realize he lost 2-3 years ago through sheer incompetence and dishonesty to begin with.

Bin Laden must be somewhere laughing his head off at how foolish the USA is for electing Bush whgo plays right into Al Qaida's hands almost every time.
