CJ, > It was something. Contrast that with Bush's dismantling of the anti-terrorism group that the Clinton administration had assembled.

If that so-called "anti-terrorism group" was only about "wagging the dog," then it deserves to be disassembled.

Like I said, it's rich of Clinton to second-guess the actions of Bush prior to 9/11 when Clinton himself was just as demotivated from hunting for bin Laden himself.
