re:" Tens of thousands of baby boomers will be added to the area over the next 25 years.”"

Candidate for most irrelevant statement by a realtor? That could mean 1,000 new residents a year. Wow, that should have a HUGE impact on the demand for homes in a state whose population is 16 million people!

The fool also said this: "There is a good selection of high quality inventory of condos and homes. "

There is, in fact, a GREAT selection of homes/condos for sale. Why won't he address the question of WHY there is such a large selection?

RE:"“The ‘Time2Buy’ effort is the first large-scale marketing campaign in the association’s history, said Kathy Roberts, SAR’s chief executive. Expect to see Realtors wearing ‘Time2Buy’ buttons. Also expect to see advertisements in magazines, Web sites, newspapers, billboards, television, radio and at Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport.”"

I think that might backfire. Stay tooned.

I enjoyed the comments at the end. Like "Time2foreclose.com" instead.
