Countries that sponsor terrorists are indeed a terrorist threat -- that is exactly the justification that has been offered time and again for the invasion of Iraq -- with increasing emphasis as all other claims about Iraq proved to be false and provided no justification for an invasion.

Now lets try it one more time -- did pre-invasion Iraq pose a terrorist threat to the US?
