I think we still need the death penalty for people like Duncan, but I agree it's more trouble than it's worth sometimes.

I guess the pecking order took care of Dahmer, didn't it?

CSI had an episode last night where prisoners lined up to put their letters and packages in a big mail bag. The mail did not have any stamps on it when it went in the bag, yet it got delivered with stamps.

Is that an accurate representation? The taxpayers pay for that postage? If so, we should jerk the privilege pronto.
