How? Their trail of dying friends continued. Bill Clinton did a great job of running this country. Had he not fooled with Monica he would have gone down in history as one of the better presidents. So why is Arkansas poor? Is it Arkansas took in Katrina refugees while northern liberals did nothing except bring down their camera crews for photo-ops? So you're saying that over its history Arkansas has been generous to a fault and that has been its downfall? I might point out that TX was very generous during Katrina and its not all that poor.
