The town council might have thought that, but it's bull. Loudspeakers intrude on everybody's space. You can't get away from them by turning away like you can from the Ten Commandments on the Courthouse Lawn, and there is specific religious content that you can't interpret any other way like you can the tolling of church bells.

Muslims had better learn to live in this country according to our customs and laws. If they can't do that, there's always Iran, Iraq, and Syria.

Do the Muslims use PA systems in the Middle East? Even in the small towns/villages?? My bet is no, they don't. They've been praying for centuries, and PA systems are a USA invention of less than 100 years.

No, the Islamists would like to take over the US (hear their own words for proof) and they also know the citizens here try to bend overbackward being oh, Soooooo, PC....
