Unless ALL Churches/Mosques/Synagogue in the entire US are allowed to have a PA system on their buildings, and are able to broadcast their calls, bells, services on that PA system, then NONE of them should be able to do that. If the Islamists and Muslims don't know what time they are supposed to pray after centuries of practice, then they never will. They can employ their own call on their alarm watches and the rest of us don't have to listen. Thanks for your observations in Turkey and Greece...It is interesting to know how things are handled in another country.
