Jan 12, P/Plcmnt P/R received this afternoon, also Dorinho.

Wasn't impressed with the timing,
the 13% dilution before warrants are all counted in,
let alone the fully diluted when P/P is closed.

Typical Canadian Stock shennanigans--that's why one doesn't invest in Canuck pennies, but trades them.

Mark my words...you'll see this stock at a half-a-Loonie before you see a full Loonie. Tis the nature of the beast.

Kinda ticks me off, personally.

G/Luck guys.

I'm no hurry to park money here...better plays out there in golden fah lah land. And lower prices dead ahead for accumulating more should I feel compelled to do so.

Hi dorinho

Simply - I don't like it but can't offer an
alternative.

I am bad at math ....

>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Up to 12,000,000 units will be offered at $0.56 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $1.00 per share for a period of 18 months from the closing date of the financing.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>

If everyone does the warrant does that mean that the
above adds about 18 million shares outstanding to the
current outstanding stock?

If so does that mean that NEW fully diluted means approx
65 + 18 = 83 million

Glen Dickson, Gold-Ore's Chairman states "This financing will allow us to complete the Company's strategy of testing the feasibility of re-activating mining at the Bjorkdal Gold mine in Sweden, and if positive, exercising the option to purchase Bjorkdalsgruvan AB from Minmet plc. Commercial production could commence shortly thereafter and anticipated cash flows generated would be used to intensify exploration of both underground and open pit targets to expand the gold resources proximal to the plant. We are optimistic that with positive results, we can achieve commercial production by the end of 2007 and target full production of 75,000 to 80,000 ounces of gold per year in 2008."

The only positive is that we might be in production
at the end of 2007 ... but I am a veteran of CMM
and therefore ... skeptical of this forecast
