Loach, The Vietnamese are very well prepared and ready to leap into the world economy. They have a literacy rate of 98%, something like that....and they are creative thinkers, achievers. The government is getting off of their back, 30+ years of oppression is easing off and many years of suppressed ambition is being released. They are going to do very, very well. You are right, though...they don't operate in a vacuum. World events/economies play a big role in how quickly they can perform. But, yes, I think we are waaaayyy on the left side of the curve, I am not trying to time their growth. I have loaded up and will just watch them grow. Have a good one out there. scott
