According to the San Diego newspaper, the trial is off now till next Wednesday (reason not given). At that time,Qualcomm may be offering some rebuttal testimony, and the verdict is expected by the end of next week. Having only followed the trial through the newspaper, it is difficult to get a real feel for how it is going. However, if accurate reporting has occurred, it appears as though the Qualcomm case is very weak and Broadcom has scored many points. It's my feeling from these reports that Qualcomm had better come up with some very good rebuttal, or this case is not going to be won.
