how soon we forget; there has been so much. now, the question is when will the arbitration take place? I haven't seen anything on it. Because arbitrations are private, there won't be anything on the web to read. Things go into Black Hole for the next few months. I see no reason for NOK to settle any time soon; delay of the arbitration would be the plan, draw things out, hoping that Euro Commission issues and suits are negative to Qcom, while preventing Qcom from proceeding in the ITC and the San Diego federal court. I don't remember what Judge Brewster did after the federal appeals court ruled or whether he has decided; I couldn't find anything on the board about it but maybe someone else can.

Asian markets: most down, they were strongly down at the opening but recovered. China bounced up.
