In other words Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats may redefine the meaning of lobbying in order that political communications to and even between citizens falls under the same legislation. They are also trying to reinstate the "Fair Use" law for radio in an attempt to shut down Rush and the rest of the conservative radio talk shows. They don't like the fact that they don't have hardly any liberal ones. This is the kind of restrictions on free speech you get when Liberals run things.
