We disagree profoundly, but I continue to think a disagreement over ideas no excuse for personal attacks. My "allegation" about conservatives was meant to be ridiculous, and to show you how ridiculous your allegation was. I don't think ANY conservatives like maiming and killing out soldiers. Unfortunately, you stand by your post, so there's nothing to be done. I will continue to disagree with you on your statement that "liberals love mass murderers"- and would have thought your "experience" included all those wars liberals started against mass murderers. Remember what you posted last night? Your list? Now you may know that some liberals found communism attractive, but hardly a majority, and from your own post it was liberals/dems who started wars against communist/mass murdering regimes.

"...Stalin to Mao to Castro to Saddam."

There have always been left wing sympathisers to the first three. Neocons/scoop jackson dems are a rebound from liberal naivite toward stalin. The 60s left was enamored by mao and castro and still fail to recognize that Mao was probably the biggest mass murderer of them all. Saddam and now Chavez have been adopted by these folks because they are perceived as having stood up to big bad uncle sam. Both are classic fascists in my book. Even Ahmidijad gets some play here even though he is a reactionary religious extremist.
