I dont believe we have to nuke Iran to achieve our aims there, we will however and we probably already are cleaning out the pockets of smugglers along the border with IrAQ, and I doubt we will get much resistance, based solely on the way the arabs choose the fight US, which is, ''avoid direct confrontations, strike primarily by surprise against small convoys and patrols, and plant IED's, and maybe, place a few snipers in population centers to pick off a few americans here and there while they talk to iraqi children whim they have freed. this is the way we are losing our soldiers and the main battle weapon of the arabs. this is why I think we can clear out the Iranian influence as well as the Syrian one. as soon as Assad realizes that the US is serious, he will moderate and join US, and shelve Iran. but he will need to see MANy dead Iranian RG's prior to that, and we are more than ready to pile them up for his viewing.
