I also believe a child begins at conception. But "murder" is a legal term - when we execute criminals or fight wars we don't "murder", but we do kill people, LOTS of them, without batting an eye. Because let's face it, one person here or there just doesn't count for very much.

There are too many humans on the earth NOW. ALL the problems of society spring from this. Anything that reduces their numbers should be encouraged, subsidized and promoted constantly.

You've not mentioned and proposed what to do about women who drink and or smoke during pregnancy. Off with their heads. if the child has a defect.
