Kerry or Gore could beat any GOP candidate in 2008.

I cannot say that for any other democratic candidate unless Vilsack, Biden or Clark get enormous surprise support from the democratic primary voters.

Obama would lose to McCain or Romney. It all comes down to race, his Muslim name and upbringing and his very liberal politics. Slam-dunk for the GOP. Plus they could run Colin Powell as VP and nullify part of the minority advantage.


I appreciate your opinion but your's is not the definitive word. I want Obama to be president. IMO he is probably the best person for the job......Dem or GOP. As to whether he can get elected or not.......people said Bush couldn't get elected and he did.
