A Senate Committee is not "the government." Yes. As for crawfish, it's a little early in the season for whole fresh crawfish, so if you settle for frozen, make sure it's from Louisiana (ideal) or Spain (not ideal, but OK). Unfortunately the Chinese still haven't gotten the message that with crawfish, what you feed them is what they'll taste like. Same thing is true for every animal, but crawfish more than most. Heaven help us if the Chinese decide to try feeding their garbage to oysters.
