Finally. Actually took until now for the lake to develop a thin sheet of it.

Nah, I have little ones--there is no point to
maintaining a sailboat while your kids are growing
up--they'll be perfectly happy to motor out in a
tender and drop crab pots for a few years.

I'll start with something around a Cat27
when the kids are a little older, take the
Coast Guard course with my oldest daughter etc.

It'll be fifteen years before I am retired and
sitting on anything as comfortable as a 36'.
