How can you reduce "redistribution" that is the status quo??? A semantic black hole. Distribution is finite, reducing redistribution is impossible. Redistribution is taking from A and giving to B. If you reduce the amount you take and turn around and give, then you have reduced redistribution. re: Redistribution involves taking from some and giving to others. Tax cuts aren't taking from anyone. Of course they are. Do you know anything about liability? You think this shit is free? Things being free has nothing to do with it. Reducing the amount you take from someone isn't redistributing money towards him.
