They shipped 1.8 million handsets at an ASP of $160 during the June quarter. I dont know how many of those are CDMA, but I would expect that it would be a significant majority.

Unfortunately, I still havent seen any numbers for the September quarter.

Was the 3rd party royalty pass thru rights acquired from a new licensee, or a renegotiation from an existing licensee?

My impression was that it was an expansion of an existing license, but I'm going to need to relisten to the call to confirm that. There was quite a bit of information explaining the decline in the QTL royalty rate and it is definitely something that needs to be understood. I really wish the conference call hadnt been cut short....
