I don't necessarily think that splitting the company would be a guaranteed positive event in the eyes of QCOM management. If it were, they'd have done it a long time ago. If Keitel is talking about a positive event, I doubt it is splitting the company. OTOH, I'm not discounting that this mysterious event might have something to do with the Nokia negotiations.

Perhaps an Ericsson-type deal?
