Yep, I agree.

Once it looks like this phase of profit taking is over, I will be adding more.

I go to Vietnam every other year, the investment in infrastructure is astounding. I will be headed back in November for a month.

I share your agony at what we have become here in the US.

FYI,
I wanted to buy a small starting position in VTOPF through
E*Trade. Apparently there is a minimum 1000 shares minimum
set by the market maker of VTOPF and consequently my
order was rejected.
