YOu sound like Nancy Pellosi and the rest of the democrates.

Tell me, just what would you do differntly ? Cut and Run (i.e. Cave in and give NOK a lower rate) ? Try to negotiate ?

Are ya seeing the similarities here ?

bm - 1.I don't you think that IJ is fully involved in all the decsions relating to all the major ltitgation? My guess is that he is....totally.

2. When you see daily volatility like we have seen in the last few days it is in my view indicative that the market is in a bear phase.

3. In any case the deadline was Dec 31st. The Wall St mob have gorged themselves at the trough. They have just had the biggest bonuses in history and they allowed the public to have a piece as well!. Now however they have no reason to buy shares. We are not at a qtr end never mind a year end. So Wall St can get back to its old games of selling short and shaking the trees and pick up some cheap stock so that later this year they can do itall over again.

4. Q is one of the best managed companies in the world. It has a massive asset in its IPR. It has over $10bn in cash. Recent events have stregnthed itos position in the existing handset business (MOT). It is about to launch a whole new indistry in mobile TV and in this it is ahead of anyone in the US and other impotant markets.

5. Q has a whole line up of improved chips providing increased mobile internet speed and other features into a tried and tested market on a tried and tested network.

The way I see it Q is in a very firm postion to make for a very succesfull next two years and beyond.

Thats my rant.

Best,

L
